That's too much driving in your car otherwise. If they don't want to do the mileage thing, ask about a nanny car. If you feel overqualified for the position, that's something else entirely, but as I told one nanny candidate, I'm not going to pay you $25/hr because you're trained to work with special needs kids. That's not a service I need. You're being paid the rate for the job that's there, not the one you're qualified to do. How much would you get paid as a Montessori teacher?[/quote]
