I don't care if they want to fire me. I'm a damn good nanny and have done nothing wrong. They have the money to pay me but would rather spend it on vacation. That's not my issue. I deserve to be paid accordingly. MB wouldn't be too pleased of her employer did the same. It's highly unprofessional.

FYI - I do have savings but I pay my school tuition car payments, health insurance, rent, utilities, and I don't have the luxury of saving too much.[/quote]
