Ive never asked her about her personal life i dont want to come of as nosy but if something is going on in her personal life i dont want it to affect her job or her mood to rub off on my kids.
How do i go about the situation? 
I want her to go back to her old self to get out of this rut shes in but i dont know what to do to cheer her up? I havent wanted to ask her anything personal but i think she might just need a shoulder to cry on or something. I have offered her to take some time off but she declined. 
What can I do? I would hate to let her go. Please help. [/quote]
