When DH has the baby (until 10AM the other three mornings a week) he leaves the two dirty bottles and the baby's breakfast dishes for the nanny to do when she gets there.  Last Monday, the baby pooped right before the nanny arrived and DH waited for her (he said two minutes) to deal with it.

DH thinks this is part of her job because she has never complained about it.  I think she is just too polite to say anything and will give notice if this kind of thing continues.
