Federal holidays that DH and I have off but does not include ALL Federal holidays but I will provide list now. Oh and all on the books.

We pay $18/hr now for a PT nanny who is very good but can't work FT which we need. The nanny we are thinking of hiring has about 10 years of experience but not with 3 children. The most she's worked with is 2. No background in ECE. English is not her first language which is not out preference but she has the personality we are looking for and her English is understandable certainly.

Please be kind in your responses. I'm honestly trying to be fair but if we start much higher than $20/hr we won't have much room for annual raises.

This sounds fine to me, I'm sure she will accept. Be sure to budget for some kind of Christmas bonus too![/quote]
