Sure.[/quote] No, I'm an MB with a nanny who works 35 hours/week so OT doesn't apply. We pay over the table and if she did work more than 40 hours we'd pay OT (it's in the contract). If I didn't pay OT your post wouldn't change my mind though. Your "wake up and smell the coffee" posts are just annoying to everyone.[/quote]
