I agree with this. I would resent her so much by now that I would find it hard to work with her.

Personally, I think you need to tell her that you're starting over with compensation. You will no longer pay her insurance, but will instead increase her hourly wage by the same amount. That should bring her very close to $30/hr. If she expects that and $1100/mo insurance payment, you need to tell her you just can't afford it. You're overpaying and you know it.[/quote]
