If you have 3 or 4 children its cheaper then daycare. A lot of families work odd hrs. Some start work at 5am or get home after midnight. Some just like the convenience of having child care whenever they need it. Yes some nannies don't like that. Getting a knock or a text at 8am on a Saturday saying I need you to work in 5 minutes doesn't appeal to every nanny but it appeals to bosses. [/quote]
