You'll likely be able to find someone for this position as they have the rest of the following day to use the apt that they are paying forsince it is only a 5 day live in position.

10am - 1am - nanny does a regular full time day with baby, and then is only on duty until 1am  At that point, parent takes over if baby wakes up.  Going to be MUCH harder to find someone for that arrangement.  Not many people are going to want to pay the prices for an apt in this area for it to only be used for 2 days.

Now if you're saying the nanny is 24/5 but you aren't going to pay her while she's sleeping because baby usually never wakes up, well that is not acceptable. [/quote]
