[/quote] There are agencies you can use for backup but it is expensive and you may get a nanny you don't know. When we lived out of town and had no family or friends there to use as backup we used an agency. It was a little tough when I had to go over everything with a new babysitter but fortunately it didn't happen often and I had no choice, I don't get sick days in my job.[/quote]
