Nanny works 4 1/2 days of a 5 day week, uses 1/2 day for sick leave or vacation. You have to track that leave over time. It isn't an issue of the paycheck (unless nanny exceeds the paid leave time and has to take some unpaid) but rather of tracking leave balances.[/quote]
