I love the families but am not willing to work for less than $25 for three children under 3 ( 2 1/2yr old, 2 yr old and 2 month old) and I can easily find another job similar to what I have now with less of a commute. I just want the arrangement to be beneficial to everyone and would like to stay with them as long as possible. I would love some advice on how to handle this because I want to give the families time to find alternative childcare if they can't afford my pay increase.
