Nannies do not. Literally anyone can -attempt at least- to be a nanny. And yes, nannies have hourly wages, they also have overtime in most cases, PTO, paid vacations, flexible schedules, bonuses and no supervision. So yeah, I'd say nannying has some benefits too.
