Yes I'm flexible with my nanny family. But Once I make plans outside of work I stick to it. I'm part of a nanny Meetup in my area and its just so horrible howmany nannies on dinners or outings last minute cancel because their bosses didn't plan ahead or changed plans. [/quote]
