On top of it, I am never paid for the late nights and at least twice a month, MB asks me to stay anywhere from 30-90 minutes late because she has meetings. I love the kids and the job affords me a decent bit of autonomy but were I not done in three months, I would be hard pressed to continue going back. I am at the point where I am about to start sitting at the door with my shoes/coat/bag on waiting on the days they are late. Anyone else in a similar situation? Because it just really sucks.
