Your kids, of course, will be fine two days a week not going anywhere. (Do they have friends in the neighborhood who might come over and play with them in the yard? Or whose house the nanny might walk them to? Those are the kinds of activities I prefer for PT gigs.) If you don't want the nanny to drive them (totally fair for a PT employee), that's that. If she's really dying to go somewhere with them, it's worth a conversation because you don't want her (or the kids) to get stir crazy, but it sounds like everything is running smoothly now - no need to change it up, OP.[/quote]
