That's not what I'm saying. If their income hasn't gone up, and their expenses have just like yours, where is the money for your raise going to come from? I'm not saying nannies should get a consistent percentage of their salaries at all. What I am saying is that you should be realistic with your expectations. I am a nanny by the way, married to a contractor who hasn't seen a raise in 2 years and is lucky to have his job. [/quote]
