If their income hasn't gone up, and their expenses have just like yours, where is the money for your raise going to come from? I'm not saying nannies should get a consistent percentage of their salaries at all. What I am saying is that you should be realistic with your expectations. I am a nanny by the way, married to a contractor who hasn't seen a raise in 2 years and is lucky to have his job. [/quote] What are you paid per hour and what do your employers do for a living?
