I don't mind nanny cams, as long as the family has the courtesy to tell me that they have them. If the parents want to log on while eating their lunch and see their kids playing, I'm okay with that. I can also understand the nannies who don't like nanny cams and feel that if you can't trust the person watching your child than you shouldn't have a nanny.

I get both sides but I know that if I ever had to leave my child with someone, I would have nanny cams. My friends who have children and discuss potentially hiring a nanny- I encourage them to use nanny cams. [/quote]
