I didn't sense any attitude from the OP. $15 an hour is WAY too high for a SAHM watching her own child to bring on another infant full time. Where are you getting your information from? This is a nanny share and no family pays $12-15 an hour per child. If every SAHM could be with their child all day and make normal nanny wages, I believe daycare for infants would become obsolete.
