It has never affected the level of respect our authority that I command. I would feel like such a d-bag telling my MB the kids have to start saying "Miss". No I'm not their big sister but I am not their "help" either, I'm the person they spend every day with and some level of familiarity is perfectly acceptable.[/quote]
