Would not have to be both, just something to keep me from driving around all day.  Thoughts on what to pay and a good place to find this magical creature if s/he can be found?  DH might be able to help a little depending on his work hours and I have someone who can help take younger child to school on days I can't do it so I'm primarily concerned with middle school child and maybe 2-3 days/week.
