It always breaks my heart to see things like this because I am sure that the mom has no idea. If I were the mom, I would be so hurt to know that my kids were being treated this way. The kids just looked so sullen and defeated when the nannies ignored them. At one point the boy kept asking the nanny "Did I ever tell you the story of [something, i didn't catch the name]?" And he said it over and over again, trying to get her attention. She finally looked at him annoyed and said, "no, you didn't" and then went back to her conversation with the other nanny (clearly the boy wanted her to take an interest and was dying to tell her the story).[/quote]
