Yes, you get paid for each hour that the parents have reserved your time, unless they have your permission for alternate plans. No, you do not use your personal days when the parents don't want you to come to work on your agreed upon work days. It's unfortunate that some parents will try to take advantage of nannies like that. Shame on them.[/quote]
