My ideal nanny would be someone my kids enjoy seeing every day.
Someone who is close with the family and not just strictly an employee (this job IS personal and someone whom my children have an emotional bond with)
Somebody who does enriching activities with my children and not a lazy, bench nanny.
Someone who can help my children with homework and take them on fun activities.
Someone who is honest and trustworthy
Someone who listens to MY rules on parenting and how I run my house

If I found my ideal nanny she would be paid over the top and would be worth every cent.
