I must say I agree with this. Every time my MB has something to say about how she'd like this done a bit differently, or please don't forget to do such and such the 1 time I forget to do it, I secretly shake my head to myself because I know I do the cooking because she can't, I do the housekeeping because she won't, and her kid cries for me when she gets home because she's going to ignore him when I'm gone.
I disagree. The qualities above seem very basic and what a nanny SHOULD have/be doing.

download how the kids' day was/any particular observations about the child(ren) from the day
keep a list of groceries that we need/kids items (diapers, wipes, etc.)
if the child(ren) are little, keep track of nap times, etc.
be invested in the job -- the child(ren)'s development, health, etc. -- keep the child(ren) active and engaged
READ to the child(ren) a lot!
added perk:
i always ask my nanny how she is/how her weekend was/etc -- shockingly rare to get asked in return and i would like it, so -- ask me how my day was!
