Reasons could include: infection / diarrhea inflammatory bowel disease psychological issues muscular issues affecting the sphincter food allergy digestion issue I assure you, he is embarrassed enough. He needs understanding, compassion, and somebody who cares enough to address the underlying cause. He does not need to be embarrassed or punished. I sincerely hope PP does not work with children.[/quote] +1 PP, do you honestly think this kid is pooping on himself on purpose? To punish the nanny or something? He can't help himself, or he wouldn't do it. Humiliating him by putting him in diapers and treating him with disgust/disapproval is cruel.[/quote]
