I wasn't expecting MB to do anything for my birthday. My co-nanny worked on Christmas Day and did not even get a Merry Christmas, so she is a real joy to work for. It certainly is her right to not do anything, but it is also dad's right to do what he did (he gave us Christmas bonuses too). I understand that divorce is complicated but from what I can gather from other staff dad has always been the nicer and more thoughtful one.

I was trying to stick it out another 6 weeks until my year anniversary because our nanny agent has a year replacement guarantee but this is the last straw for me. I have been interviewing but am prepared to leave without a new position at this point. [/quote]
