So you're saying this mother must have paid her nanny a slave wage? Nannies have excuses for everything. Paying over market rate for a 'professional' isn't going to ensure that a nanny still wont abuse their charges. Alot of nannies get taken advantage of but still treat the kids very well, while some others get paid well but still have the lack of impulse control and lash out at kids. A very small amount enjoy it. It could happen to anyone so stop throwing the payrate and somehow turning this on cheap parents because it has nothing to do with cheap parents. Truth is, nobody can be fully trusted even a nanny will 20+ years experience with an ECE background.[b] I personally wouldn't trust any stranger with my children no matter how many background checks come up clean.[/b][/quote]
