I didn't realize people on here are spell checking and proof reading my stuff all because I ask a question of course I would spell check and proof read my ad before it was put up. All parents who have responded to my ads have more than likely ended up hiring me or the spot. When I asked my current employer why she chose me (out of 10 other applicants) she said it was because when she read my ad she was impressed with my three paragraph description on my experience, work history, college courses, what I do with children and etc. [/quote]
