| Ours is 76 but you'd never guess it. She was 69 when she started with our second oldest that is 9 now. We've had 2 more since and all the kids love her even our teenager. |

Juliana is 57 ,we love her so much.
Very professional. |
+1 Our amazing nanny is 61 and has more energy than anyone I've ever met. She is truly a professional - never late, never appears to be in a bad mood, NEVER uses her cell phone, and never brings her personal life into work. No drama. She is also loving and wonderful with my kids. I would never hire a young nanny again. |
lol thanks Juliana |

Teresa, she is a great nanny, four wonderful years with us.
We love her so much. |
I forget to mention her age,she is 63 year older. |
| 48 |
| 24 + seems to be the sweet spot. Most women mature by this age. Not all but most! |

We have had two. The first was in her late 50's and stayed w/ us for 3 years. She was fantastic, but when our kids became raging/racing preschoolers it was too much for her physically.
Our current nanny is 22. Her energy level is fantastic. Really terrific for our kids. She is nowhere near as good at the overall household support, nor can she cook to save her life, but she is a better fit for our kids at the moment. No one is perfect. (Including us!) |
| These weird replies with bad English, a name, and a "we love her" are so weird. What's the end game, troll PP? |
| 40. |
I prefer someone who is done having children and the children are a bit older now. |
| 42 |
| 40, married, older kids. No phone addiction. No drama. |
| Our nanny is 50 -- tons of energy and no drama. She's a professional and has older kids of her own. It's great! |
