By prioritizing fitness as much as eating properly, sleeping, and hygiene.

All great except for number 3 and 7. I work with three under three so when I get the chance I'm going to lay down. Also, sleep keeps me healthy as well.
I've always been relatively thin, but recently I realize how ridiculously out of shape I am! |

02:11, extra sleep can actually make you more tired. I sleep about 7hrs a night, no extra, and I have more energy than ever.
I like to take the kids and dog on walks when it's nice enough, plus all the walking up and down stairs for diaper changes and nap times helps. Then I also go to a boot camp 4 nights a week after work. I'm always somewhat tired when I get off work, but my protein shake helps me perk up and I'm so glad I did the workout afterwards. Something else to think of is what you're eating |
| 9:55 here. Sorry, cut me off. I was going to say that if you're snacking on junky food all day, your energy levels will be low. Try to keep things at work like yogurt, cheese sticks, veggies, fruit, trail mixes, granola, etc. Like today, I brought two bell peppers and I'm going to cut them up during nap time and snack on those. Keeps me from snacking on bad things! |

I'm vegan, I don't eat processed food and in nice weather we walk everywhere. We will walk 5 miles a day easily in the spring/summer. I also go to the gym at night and I do P90x during nap time.
it pays to be active, I'm 5'5 110lbs and working on my 6pack |
| I nanny for twin 2 year olds and the family lives about 2 miles from a playground. When the weather is nice, we walk there. We go for daily walks every day (unless it's raining or snowing). I also go to the gym every night after work. I pack gym clothes with me so I have no excuse not to go straight to the gym. I find it easier to do that because if I went home first, I wouldn't want to go back out. |
| I work out while the baby is napping. |
| go for a run w/ my charge in the jogging stroller or work out while he naps. |
| I walk to both the preschool (just a few blocks) and the elementary school (1 mile and uphill) and depending on the time/day am pushing either a single, double, or triple stroller. We also spend a lot of time running around outside. On big walking days like the zoo or botanical gardens, I burn a ton of calories when big sister hops on the front of the triple stroller! |

Fitness is very important for everyone. It is very important to take exercises and a healthy diet to maintain the body properly. My brother has adopted a wonder body challenge program to get a fit and healthy body. Even I have started taking a nutritious diet and exercises to keep my body healthy and active.
