One is 6 years old and one is 3 years old and they both are boys .
I have to be with them from 2 to 7 or 3 to 7.
The issue is the dad don’t want me to take them out and their home is very tiny. They have very small yard as well.
I always took children out for walk or to the park.
They have lot of energy and to be honest I played with them all day long with blocks and read books for them but at one point I started to have headaches
Mom said she is okay if I take them out but dad said no .
So it’s complicated situation.
Finally dad said I can’t take them out since he has anxiety if something happens to them .
Which doesn’t make sense.
Before I go and do commitment I want advice from folks who are working in same situation.
I am on medication ( mental health so I don’t want to put myself anywhere that I have to deal with stress)
Many thanks

She was Iranian and although she did not say that she was undocumented I have to assume she is since $8 an hour here in California is under minimum wage. I felt so sorry for her!

Anonymous wrote:She is only entitled to the overtime if she worked it lol
Anonymous wrote:If your Nanny is not working more than forty hours a week, then by no means is she entitled to OT pay.
For her to demand it makes her look not only out of touch but incredibly selfish as well.
You may want to let her go based on this.
I would…..
