Stop judging moms and dads. Fancy doesn't mean good. Too many aholes coming from colleges.

Nannies and moms and dads builds a bond together. Even legal nannies or undocumented nannies are friends and ask for the same pay rate or less.

There are legal nannies who works for less.

Not every mom or dad has a +100k salary to pay a nanny asking $30 per hour

Republicans gave Big tax cuts to billionaires and to their rich buddies. And these greedy US companies got richer thanks to the pandemic

We don't need more billionaires

We need to help families

I also don't honestly feel like those illegal nannies are my competition. I am a legal, English speaking, educated nanny and the types of families that I typically choose to work with aren't interested in hiring the illegal, broken English nannies even if they do work for next to nothing.

Even legal nannies can be abusers too. Just like your local legal priest. Their English is perfect but they are evil.
That's a fact

Broken English is fine. What matters is the person taking care of the children is a good person, caring and patient.

Children needs to learn more socio emotional skills.

Having English as a second language is fine. They are smart for knowing 2 languages. So many kids had a nanny like that and now they are thriving at school, working in the government, etc. They turned out fine.

We have always hired a legal nanny, and suddenly the nanny market will have many more legal nannies permitted to work in the country. Nannies, do you worry about increased competition? Families who currently pay under the table to illegal nannies, how would you feel if your longtime nanny is here legally?

They are called undocumented people.

No human is illegal, that's dehumanizing.

Eh don't judge moms and dads for hiring undocumented nannies

That's nasty. Be nice with other parents. Families needs ALL THE HELP. Undocumented nannies, immigrants helps our communities especially our families.
