Vaccinations for Nanny

As a nanny I've also never had any family ask me to get a flu shot, and I can tell you I would not work for a family who required it. Why? Because it's my personal choice whether or not I wish to get the flu vaccine, and I just so happen to choose not to. You should not be asking your nanny to do this - the flu shot doesn't actually protect you from the flu anyway.
