Light Housework Request for a Nanny

I'm a nanny and my NF asks that I unload the dishwasher every day and then reload it throughout the day. Of course I end up putting away dishes that were used by someone other than my charge, but it really takes all of 10 minutes. I typically do it while my charge is sitting at the table eating breakfast or lunch, and it's no big deal. I'll also take out the garbage if it's full, but I do admit to kind of rolling my eyes and sighing to myself if I arrive in the morning to a completely full garbage can.

You pay 20 hours a week and the charge sleeps 3 hours a days while she is on the clock!? What does she do half the time - nap, watch tv or doodle around on her smartphone??
Redo the contract. Meal prep, vacuuming, all laundry is common.

If the applies for a job that has these duties in the job description - then she does it. If it's not for her - don't apply for such jobs and be specific. Either way, outline all duties in the contract. Easy peasy. My nanny does housework, we're both ok with it. If she changes her mind then she is free to look for another position because my household needs an employee willing to do these duties.
