EXACTLY. The fact that you would not send the nanny her check IMMEDIATELY instead of trying to ransom an answer out of her speaks VOLUMES. You guys are too high-maintenance and your nannies would rather cut-and-run than deal with you. How dare you even consider making her come to you to answer your questions! Are you even for real? For 2 children in Philly based on relatives that live there they said it is 14-16 an hour especially because no overtime.
