Amazing nanny available in June

Our amazing nanny, Maritza, will be available at the beginning of June for a full-time position.

Maritza has been with our family for almost five years, since our older child (who is heading to kindergarten in the fall) was just a few months old. When our younger child was born, she started taking care of both kids—then a toddler and a baby—and has ever since.

Maritza has been a nanny in the DMV for almost 25 years and has (in addition to us) terrific references. She has experience taking care of newborns, toddlers, young kids, and twins. She loves being outside with kids. And she finds activities across the area to take them to, including story times, libraries, the zoo, and parks.

Maritza has been CPR trained, is a U.S. citizen, and drives. She speaks both English and Spanish.

As our kids head to full-time school, we will miss Maritza dearly. She is an unbelievably loving, experienced, capable, and careful caregiver. We’re regularly, and unprompted, approached by people in our neighborhood who see Maritza at the park with our kids. They tell us what we see every day—she’s a terrific and attentive nanny who loves our kids. And our kids love her.
