Our incredible nanny will be available in September / October 2025, as our youngest is heading to preschool.

Mimi has been working for our family for 7 years, caring for our 3-year-old daughter and her older brother since they were both infants. We are heartbroken to say goodbye to her, and we want to help her find a wonderful new family.

Mimi is extraordinarily loving, warm, patient, and attentive. She is originally from Ethiopia but has been in the US for over 25 years and is a US Citizen. She has been a tremendous help during every stage of our children's development, from starting solids to potty-training and learning shapes and letters.

Mimi speaks fluent English as well as Amharic and has been nannying for over 20 years. She has a car, is willing to drive the kids, and is a careful driver. She is incredibly clean and will tidy up your house while the kids nap.

Mimi is looking for a nanny share, or a single family willing to pay a nanny share rate. She lives in Silver Spring and can travel within the local area. She is ideally looking for a full-time position, but could be open to part-time positions.
Mimi is willing to work long hours during the week, is available for weekend babysitting, and needs to work on the books.

Mimi has a peaceful energy that works wonders with infants and toddlers, and takes so much joy in caring for them while ensuring that safety is a priority. We always have peace of mind knowing that our children are in Mimi's care.
