A loving family in FoxHall/ Phillips Park is looking for an exceptional ROTA nanny to join their household in a full-time capacity. In this position, you will support two bright and kind children: a 6-year-old girl who is independent and loves books, and a curious, easygoing 3-year-old boy. The family is warm, engaging, and looking for someone who will take initiative, plan engaging weeks, and partner seamlessly with both parents.

Role Requirement:
The ideal candidate is warm, polished, and an excellent communicator. ROTA experience is required, and familiarity with the Montessori approach is a plus.

Schedule:
ROTA schedule 7 days on and 7 days off. The role provides significant flexibility during the day, as the 6-year-old is in school M-F and the 3-year-old attends school three days a week, with plans to transition to full-time soon.

Compensation:
Competitive and commensurate with experience. A health insurance stipend is provided.

Start Date:
As soon as possible

This is a fantastic opportunity for a nanny who loves creating stimulating activities, from museum trips to Montessori-inspired play.
Responsibilities and qualifications include:
- Deliver engaged, hands-on care, and assist with after-school activities
- Manage children’s laundry and general organization
- Prepare basic meals and snacks. The mom typically handles meal prep for the children.
- Join the family on periodic travel, both domestic and international (passport is required)

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in childcare, including babysitting and nannying
- Knowledge of first aid and emergency procedures
- Familiarity with Montessori education
