ISO Full Time Nanny

Looking for a nanny to help with one 3 year old and one 5 year old.
-->Both are in preschool during the day. Nanny will be responsible for pickup, bringing kids home, providing and feeding them dinner, and playing with them. Hours are approximately 3:30-6:30. School is close, but driving distance from my home.
-->Put kids to bed (stay until approximately 8:30 pm) 1-2 nights a week.
-->Work part-day on weekends occasionally.
-->Work full days for school holidays and sick days.

Housework (kids laundry and other light clean-up) requested, especially when kids are not home.
