AMAZING nanny available Sept. 1

Hi, all! Here to recommend our fantastic former nanny, Charmagne, to families on the Hill. She's available to start as of Sept. 1. 

Charmagne is a phenomenal caretaker. We worked with her for three years, when she helped care for both our sons and in various nanny share situations. She became a member of our family, who cares deeply about our sons. Our boys absolutely adore her. She's reliable, experienced, communicative and endlessly enthusiastic. 

A couple of specific examples of Charmagne's excellent work: 
-- She's an active and engaged nanny, who always kept our kids on the go. She filled their days with activities (museums, splash pads, reading times, music classes, playground play dates etc.) and joined other nannies to create such a fun, social environment for the kids. Charmagne's many friends on the Hill speak to how warm, kind and loving she is, not only with our kids, but also her friends. 

-- She kept a consistent routine that helped each kid transition nap schedules, eat on their own and start potty training. I don't know how I would've done it without her! She and I stayed in constant communication about how to help the boys flourish, especially as they aged through various toddler milestones. She was a full partner in maintaining behavior expectations both at home and with her. With that consistency, she helped us prepare our kids for a smooth pre-K transition, too.  

-- She stayed in constant communication with me and my husband throughout the day, sending the most amazing photos/videos of our kids. (Usually in a giant batch during nap time!) We always felt totally in the loop of what they were up to, and we loved feeling like we got to share their day with them. 

-- She was happy to help with various household tasks, like laundry and kitchen clean up. She often anticipated ways to help without even being asked, turning us into a pretty seamless machine in the mornings. She was always looking for ways to help. 

-- Charmagne is a green card holder who speaks English and Tagalog. She also has her own car and is able to drive to work. 

Important to note: Charmagne would prefer to work with one family.
