Nanny duties and FA duties article

I feel the need of sharing this article as many families I’ve interviewed believe that a career nanny can do it ALL including deep cleaning of pet beds and cat boxes, dusting plants, deep cleaning fridge and oven, employers laundry and family meal preparation along while caring for a 6 month old. Parents be aware that your nanny is not and will not accommodate your personal needs, all the above falls on the House Manager duties and it’s a higher compensation plan for that position.

The nanny in the article is more a household manager than a nanny. Also, 3,5 hr nap sounds crazy.

3 hour nap is good for a 18month-2YO
