Hiring nanny (DC): formalities step by step

Hi - I'm hiring a nanny, I already have a candidate but need help with formalities. We're in DC. My understanding is that I need:
- contract - payroll (SurePayroll I found online) - withhold taxes, SS benefits and Medicare, and FUTA - workers compensation insurance -->>> how do I get one?? Does this sound correct? Any ideas where to get a sample of a contract? |
