What job description should I look for?

Greetings! My husband and I have a 14 year old who is a freshman in high school and a 12 year old who is in middle school. We both have busy jobs. The children don't need a nanny per se given their age, but what I am looking for is someone who comes in from 11 am - 7 pm, 5 days a week, does some housekeeping (we have a separate crew for heavy housekeeping), meal prep, laundry, ironing, and helps with school pickups and driving to activities in the afternoon (all 10-15 min away, we provide the car).
What exactly would the job title be? Family assistant/ housekeeper/ nanny/ driver? What would a fair hourly rate be? |

A house manager is way more than what OP is looking for. House managers supervise other household staff , pay bills, organize events, and keep up on home maintenance.
I'd say more of a family assistant or housekeeper/driver and pay $25-$27 per hour |
