What would be a right amount to pay nanny for traveling?
We are planning on asking our nanny to go to a wedding trip with us but we have no idea how much we should fairly pay her.
It’s for 3 days.Thanks

We pay all travel and food and lodging costs, then our nanny's hourly rate when they're on the clock, and then an extra $200 per day they're traveling.

Hourly rate if under 40 hours. Over 40 hours OT for all hours.

Is the hourly rate you pay separately from their regular salary or normal hours/daily hours plus $200 extra for travel?

I get regular hourly rate $35 plus legal OT if fam decides to fly me out on weekends. In addition, $100 daily travel fee. All lodging, meals paid.

Standard for a career nanny is regular hourly pay for all hours worked plus applicable overtime and then a nightly travel fee of $100-200 per night. Hopefully it's a given that you also cover flights, lodging, food, transportation.
