| Do you offer severance pay in your contracts with your nanny? For example, do you pay them something additional if you let them go for a non-cause reason, like you decide to switch to daycare, move out of state, etc.? |

| 4 weeks notice OR 4 weeks severance in lieu of notice (like if you get a call Friday the kid can start daycare on Monday- you'd give the severance because of the short notice). |

It would have to be listed to be airtight. Or something like “negligence” that covers a lot of issues. |
