Families do your nanny wear designers shoes, handbag or clothing? My nanny is very stylish and always wear so expensive shoes and bags that I even wear. I’m not sure if they are authentic. The money is not an issue because she has worked for very well know people and she was making more money than me. But, she said she is tired and wanted a less stressful position. She is married and live around the corner. In my opinion as a nanny you can’t dressed up with some Hermes sandals and go to work. I wanted to tell her she is not going to the party but I’m not sure how she would take it.

Why do you care what she wears? If she’s taking care of your kids well it shouldn’t matter. Everyone prioritizes what they spend money on differently.

Jealous? Sounds like she is comfortable and just doing it more to fill her time and help you out. If she takes good care of your kids, that is what is important. If it costs you more to have a nanny than what you earn, get another job or stay home or day care.
