whats your experience been? Pros and cons. Would like to hear from au pairs and host families

Just to be clear, you're asking about the company Au Pair Care?

Have you hosted before?

Without more information or specific questions, i'll say we've been with them for a couple of years - but we're about as low maintenance as you can get and haven't had much reason to interact with the main office or the LCC. We use them because they have more spanish-speaking male au pairs than at least some of the other companies. Unless you have a specific reason to go with them such as that, I would probably recommend one of the bigger companies.

I really don't like their profiles and the LCC for DC is fine, but kind of rigid.

They would rematch satan if there was a family out there who was foolish enough to match with him. I don't think that is isolated to just Aupair Care.
They were trying to place an aupair in our home on her third rematch who had been accused of stealing from her last two homes. No one has that terrible of luck.

As with any of the companies, read your contract, interview well and buyer beware. They are selling childcare.
