How many days/nights?
How many pets? Do any of the pets have special needs? Medicine? Do you plan on stocking the fridge with food, leaving cash for delivery, or expect the nanny to fend for herself? Is this a fun perk (nanny has roommates and gets a house to herself) or an inconvenience (nanny has a family or her own pets, and she's doing you a favor by being there)? |

I get $25 every time I walk the dog (8AM&3PM) then I get $70 every night for staying over at my employers house: dog sleeps with me, pick-up mail/ put in any Amazon delivery.)
The dog walker(has own company) charges them about $32 per walk when I’m not available. |

| Most dog sitters charge $50-$100 per night depending on variables. We pay $60 per night to a coworker who still lives at home with parents. 2 dogs, one fish, brings mail no, takes trash out/in if needed. I buy Ramen and crappy cereal I wouldn’t normally buy per his request when I said I would get food he liked. |

| It depends on whether your nanny is interested or not. Guaranteed hours and a contract that states childcare and child related activities means that your nanny should be paid normally if you go on vacation. If you choose to ask for more during your vacation week, you should be paying your nanny more. How much is determined by whether your nanny is interested and how much they are willing do versus how much you’re willing to pay them. |

That could mean that the nanny isn't paid any extra, and this is outside the boundaries of the nanny contract. |
