Do you want a degree? Experience? Experience in a share? What hours do you need? Any special needs? Any housework? Is the house set up for a baby/toddler? Pets? Grandparents?

Write an ad, see how much nannies want for your position. Adjust your requirements to fit what you want to pay.

$30/hr on the books for one toddler. Nanny has decades of experience, stellar references, no formal training or education in childcare/child development, US citizen. My kid adores her and she is amazing.
